Make the standalone-binary download into ~/.local/bin the default for
jq/ffmpeg/rclone instead of branching on Homebrew presence. Never run
brew install or prompt for a password; existing tools on PATH are still
detected and reused. Homebrew is now only a user-opted fallback.
